Gaming-Based Tele-Exercise Delivered Into the Home for Prefrail Older Adults: A Feasibility Randomized Trial

A pilot trial compared a supervised, game-based cognitive-motor tele-exercise program with a virtually delivered Matter of Balance program, and tracked balance, gait, strength, confidence and endurance in community-dwelling prefrail older adults.
