Based on

This course is based on a single published randomised controlled trial that compared a six-week telerehabilitation exercise programme with a digital self-care booklet in adults with chronic non-specific neck pain. The trial used concealed allocation, a blinded outcome assessor, and intention-to-treat analysis, and it followed CONSORT and SPIRIT reporting standards. Participants were enrolled between August 2022 and May 2023 from a rehabilitation centre waiting list and through social media, and the protocol was published in advance.

Randomised controlled trial of a telerehabilitation exercise programme versus a digital self-care booklet for non-specific chronic neck pain. Trial registration: RBR-10h7khvk, registered 16 September 2022 at https://ensaiosclinicos.gov.br/rg/RBR-10h7khvk.

Every claim, figure, and conclusion presented in this course traces to that source document. Where the trial left a question open, the course says so rather than filling the gap from other literature.
