Supervised Live Telerehabilitation vs. Unsupervised Home Exercise for Post-COVID-19 Syndrome: A Randomized Trial

A single-blind randomized trial in Brazil put the same eight-week exercise protocol into two delivery formats — live video sessions with a physiotherapist, or pre-recorded videos done alone at home — and followed adults with persisting post-COVID symptoms out to 20 weeks.
