This course is based on a single source: a systematic review and meta-analysis of rehabilitation interventions for symptoms related to endometriosis and adenomyosis, with a protocol registered in advance and a literature search closing on 23 July 2025. The review searched Medline, Web of Science, and Scopus, screened 970 records, and included 19 reports from 17 controlled trials involving 849 women. Every finding, number, and conclusion presented in this course comes from that review.
