Hybrid Online and In-Person Resistance Training for Cognitive Frailty: What a Randomized Controlled Trial Found

Physical therapists and physical therapist assistants who work with community-dwelling older adults, and who want a plain-language account of what one randomized trial reported when resistance training was delivered partly in a group and partly by video conference to people with cognitive frailty.
