This policy covers courses and exam prep apps bought on theconedsolution.com.

The 30-day window

If you have not completed a course, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase and it will be given, as long as you have not attempted the post-test and no certificate has been issued. Once a certificate has been issued, the course counts as delivered in full and is not refundable.

Always refunded

A duplicate charge for the same order is refunded on request, whenever it happened. A course that we withdraw before you have completed it is refunded, or exchanged for a credit toward another course, whichever you prefer.

Cancellation

A purchase is cancelled by refunding it within the window above. Closing your account does not refund a purchase.

NPTE-PTA Prep

You can ask for a full refund of NPTE-PTA Prep within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not completed 25% of any full-length practice exam in the app (45 of its 180 questions). The refund window closes at whichever of these comes first.

A duplicate charge is always refunded. A refund ends your access to the app at once. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

Program purchases. If your PTA program bought your access, the program can ask for a refund for you within 7 days of your first sign-in, as long as you have not completed 25% of any full-length practice exam. The refund goes to the program. Access that a student has never used can be moved to another student in the same class.

Generator credit packs. You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of buying it, as long as you have not used any of that pack’s credits. A refund removes the pack’s credits from your account. Credits that end when your access ends are not refunded.
